My wife, 73 yrs old, had a fall in March 2021 and was treated ( operated on and rods fixed in her thigh and hip by Dr. KANNIAPPAN, at GKNM Hospital, Coimbatore. She is highly osteoporotic, and had other co- morbity like heart problem and diabetes. I was very impressed with the way doctor explained the procedure and various options for treating her. He was very courteous and kind. My wife recovered fully from the effects of the injury with in a short period of 3 months and is able to walk normally , though on doctors advice, with a walking stick. She is free from pain now and able to walk normally and do household works with comfort. I must thank Dr. Kanniappan for treating her this well. I know Dr Kanniappan from 2019. He has done 2 surgies for my mother, one at the spine and another is a knee transplant. He is one of the best human being and a orthopedic doctor.
